Payment Methods:
Through the shopping cart we accept only credit cards for payment.
We accept:

  • Mastercard
  • Discover
We also offer an alternative purchasing option which can be found on the Home Page under the Contact Us link. Payment method for this option includes credit cards or check. Shipment of orders paid by check will not take place until funds clear the bank.

Order Processing:
All of our products are handmade and we do our best to maintain inventory of our product line. We attempt to fill orders and ship within two weeks of receiving the order, usually much earlier. In the event that we cannot fulfill your complete order in a timely manner, we will at our discretion ship all products that are available. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If you would like us to backorder your items not in stock, please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping within the Continental US:

Orders within the Continental US will be shipped by USPS using Priority, Regional Rate, or Flat Rate methods. We reserve the right to determine the most feasible expedient method for your order. We will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. If an alternative shipment method is required, such as UPS, please call before completing the order online. The shipping cost on your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

International Shipping:
We currently have our website set-up to calculate shipping to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

All Other International Customers:
We will contact you via email with your shipping methods available and cost information. Our website does not allow for us to properly calculate and collect international shipping fees when the order is placed. Once a shipping method is agreed upon your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. Order delays incurred through customs are your sole responsibility, as well as duty charges. Valuation of orders are determined by actual invoice total, we do not undervalue. As custom fees and taxes may vary, it is your responsibility to contact your local custom office for any questions or concerns that you may have.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order by contacting us to discuss the situation. Upon agreement, all returns must be properly packaged and received in the same condition as when shipped. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
