When placing an order for items shown on our website, fill out our  ORDER FORM and send it to us by the following methods:

Terms & Conditions:

U.S. Funds only!  We accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card & Paypal.  Personal checks may at our discretion wait 10 working days until funds clear our bank. 
All Colorado residents buying retail must add 2.9% on the final price.  Do not pay sales tax on shipping charge!        Minimum Retail Order - $25.

We try hard to keep our bead & pendant line in stock for timely shipments.  However, our product is all hand-made, and in the event an item/or items are out-of-stock, please expect 2-3 weeks delivery time. 

Shipping:

Orders shipped within the Continental U.S. will be shipped by USPS or UPS.  See Clay River Designs order form for shipping charges.  International orders shipped at exact cost.

Exchange Policy:

You may return your purchase within 15 days of the shipment date, and exchange it for another item.  Contact us by email with your order number and reason for exchange.  Provide us with a description and item number that you would like in exchange.  Your exchange must be properly packaged and received by us within the 15 days stated above.  Shipping cost is not refundable, and a handling fee of 10% will be applied to the exchange.
